I don't want to listen to them anymore

Last night I watched one of my favorite movies. Rudy. This movie is a true story about a young man who beat the odds of all his critics by getting into Notre Dame and becoming part of the storied Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team.
Early on in the movie Rudy was explaining to Father Cavanaugh that his family, his friends and everyone that was important to him told him he could only stay in town and work for the local steel foundry. As he continued this conversation he said something that really stood out.
Rudy said, "I don't want to listen to them anymore."
Now think about your life, think about what you have accomplished thus far. Are you living up to your standards or by standards that others have placed on you?
If you grew up in an average household you have heard the word 'no' almost 150,000 times. You have also heard the word 'yes' or you can do it about 5,000 times. We have all been placed with restrictions on what we can do since we were little children and most people don't even realize it!

If you aren't where you want to be or you want to live a different life realize that you can do it. You can still have your dream whatever it is. If you work hard and learn from someone with those results you can do it. If you have someone telling you can't do something stop listening to them. Enjoy the video!

In the last few days I have been reminded of a video that can't seem to escape my mind.

The video below is one of the best examples of someone digging deep inside and giving everything they have.

He is a servant leader and a great example to follow.
